No download from purchased images!

two things have problem with...

 

1. can't download images purchased in licensed folder! cache or cookies clear... tried browser, tried logging in , out nothing works!

 

2. 2 days ago when signed here, clicked on many images thinking going folder, licensed instead! asked in similar thread, got no response anyone! have 3 pages full of images didn't want purchase yet. want credits back!

 

but in case, can't download licensed folder, 1 image genially purchased need download can't downloaded! please asap on project deadline! , since dollar photo sent me here little annoyed of confusing license buttons vs folders , no response admin on 2 days!

 

i tried go contact support, , said can't call , sent me forums here , faq.

i sent here dollar photo club , having same problem. please help!

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
