Captivate 9 - how do I dock the timeline panel at the top?

i'm using captivate 9.  i've undocked timeline bottom.  have been able dock left, right or bottom, want @ top.  move timeline panel around top i'm not getting blue line shows can dock it.  can leave floating, when view properties, timing etc on left, slide panel jumps , puts slide partly below timeline.  i'm thinking if timeline docked @ top, slide panel won't jump , won't have keep moving slide can see again.  can please?

unlike other adobe applications, captivate doesn't give option dock timeline @ top.  it's either @ bottom or floating, that's all.
