Removing paint from an image of a face

hi,

 

i trying remove paint on face of image using clone stamp, content aware , healing brush tools. once did half of noticed doesn't natural. skin becomes smudged. goal remove paint , apply picture of flag on forehead using overlay.

i downloaded image , had results selecting small pieces , filling content aware. shortcut delete if on background layer.

 

use displacement map image.
