Dropped frames during playback

i own 6 core mac pro 32gb ram, dual amd firepro d500s, 512gb solid state internal drive , have connected western digital 5tb elements usb 3.0 external hard drive. i'm editing premiere pro cc 2015 (latest release). have installed magic bullet color suite , filmconvert. when playing footage dropped frame indicator comes on after 1-2 seconds , starts stuttering. i'm editing 1080p24 footage shot on c100 or a7s, i'll have 4k footage panasonic g7. regardless of cameras we're using, dropped frames , i'd know why happening. also, when adding sort of filters, playback become far worse can barely edit. ideas what's causing this?

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
