Why are no scanners listed in the "Configure Presets: Scanner" list and I can't search for any? (Acrobat Pro DC, Windows 10)

i have installed samsung multi-function printer 3185.

i've installed scanner network device , use scan regularly.

i have installed original driver , samsung sw.

windows fax , scan works fine.

 

unfortunately, when try scan acrobat pro dc, tells me have no scanner installed , not let me search scanner.

 

any suggestions on how can work?

please provide exact dot version of software & os installed @ system .also check whether there update available software after going through "help > check updates "

follow thread reset preferences acrobat software :- how reset preference settings in acrobat.

also if scanner connected on network please check after connecting locally system .

please check article :- troubleshooting tips scanner issues when using acrobat

 

please check different user account admin rights replicate issue .

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
