Trouble with creative cloud manager

i want trial , pay lightroom/photoshop cc.  have lightroom 6 want incorporate photoshop.  not want remove lightroom 6. 

 

my initial problem was trying install photoshop website screen stuck @ "downloading" , did not download / install anything.  assume trying install manager have... correct?

 

so tried open version of cc manager , wants update.  tried update , install, every time (at least 6 times!) starts quits @ 80% ish completed.  when opened again asks update again.  cannot see apps in cc manager.  mean there no apps installed or because wont let me because wants install update?

 

should uninstall cc manager? corrupt?  should uninstall using cleaner?  have no idea , find difficult find able point me in right direction? 

you may use adobe cleaner tool or cc uninstaller , remove adobe creative cloud , reinstall same.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
