Adobe Acrobat XI has stopped working


when try open pdf on specific network path message appear "adobe acrobat has stopped working". happen on specific folder, tried create new folder problem still same. user have full r/w  privileges starting root level , able open other files pdf without problem locally , on shared folder except on this. tried unistall , reinstall adobe. user have same problem . workaround toopen file adobe reader ... tried copy , paste file on desktop , able open it.

please provide exact dot version of software & os installed @ system .also check whether there update available software after going through "help > check updates "

follow thread reset preferences acrobat software :- how reset preference settings in acrobat.

if issue still persist please check different user account admin rights .
