videos are being resized when uploaded to creative cloud library

i uploading 1920x1080 mp4 cc library , being resized 500x500 , thumbnails being removed.

 

as can see screenshots previous videos have uploaded fine. started happening week. have tried re-uploading file has been uploaded resizing 500x500. have tried both chrome , safari, uploading premiere , cc folder on desktop. if has tip on i'm doing wrong or if random cc glitch, please let me know.

 

the videos thumbnails 1920x1080.

the videos without thumbnail resized 500x500.

 

i have tried re-uploading previous videos , being resized 500x500.

 

i have used 12% of 100gigs

i having same issue. no matter try, cc resizes 1920x1080 videos 500x500. when play videos shared link, play 500x500. however, when download files shared link, download original size of 1920x1080. strange. don't want clients , production partners have download videos proper playback.

 

sorry don't have answer. hopefully, reply 1 soon.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
