Photoshop CS6 from Design & Web Premium is missing Extended features

i need create animated gifs ...

 

however, photoshop purchased adobe cs6 design & web premium, not seem have necessary menu options available in timeline box dropdown menu.

 

according tutorial following, need access "create new layer each new frame" , "make frames layers" in dropdown menu. screen shot tutorial:

 

i see this:

 

the first screen shot tutorial may cc version, supposedly animated gifs can created in extended version of cs6. absence of these options seems imply have extended version. understand design & web premium should have extended version of photoshop.

 

can photoshop cs6 extended create animated gifs?

 

if is, need reinstall cd? ... while looking answers, saw reference 32-bit vs 64-bit preferences when installing, though not clear on whether related.

 

i know need upgrade cc @ point -- in meantime, hope can figure out how access function of photoshop version purchased , paid for, if can used make animated gifs.

mac os x 10.10.5

macbook pro 2013

 

any appreciated. perhaps it's big misunderstanding , no versions of cs6 (extended or standard) create animated gifs, i'd know sure.
