New to AC 9...few general questions.

i frequent user of ac 6 until couple years ago.  looking @ purchasing new company.  see offering ac on subscription basis , appears cloud based.  apologies if have missed have looked around general answers without luck....here goes...

 

  • if use cloud based subscription service still able download captivate files desktop use forever if stop cloud service in year, or when use link cloud hosting? assumption subscription creating new, or editing existing, projects?  once project complete own , can host anywhere like?  sorry if worded oddly.
  • if purchase product , not use subscription service can receive hard disc copy of program?
  • i found version 6 intuitive , easy use.  created many projects.  9 same or has several version enhancements made less intuitive?

you misunderstand term 'cloud' suspect. download , install application on system. long pay subscription, able download new version, limited 2 versions installed @ same time on system. projects created versions on system, not in cloud; when stop subscription, projects (and published versions) remain of course you'll not able edit raw files anymore.

 

i don't know if permanent license still available hard disk copy (i'm user, , downloaded installation files).

 

the ui has changed cp8, you'll need exploring time. there lot of new features well: shared actions, responsive projects, multistate objects, mention some.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
