Invalid serial number

i have purchased adobe acrobat pro xi license. downloaded software form adobe website , have installed it; however, getting invalid serial number error.

 

the serial number have straight off of lws (licensing website). it's copy/paste no spaces or other characters.

 

the thing can think of installation replacing old one. same computer crashed hard drive have no option of deactivating old software, if that's thing.

 

just heads up, not subscription based software/license. stand-alone piece connects internet.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
