Sizing Master slide background in responsive projects

new captivate 9 , despite hours searching can't seem solve these issues responsive project:

 

- i've inserted background image (16:9) master slide leaves spaces @ top , bottom. size or proportion should background image be?

- background image includes logo squashed in mobile portrait , tablet portrait - there alternative way prevent logo distortion?

 

appreciate or pearls of wisdom.

for first question: depend on resolution did choose project in primary view: if 4:3 ratio, make sure edit image @ ratio. best practice give size (width , height in pixels) needed primary view. can edit images in captivate (also cropping).

 

as logo: better insert separately image. sure set width % , height auto (position properties), keep ratio width/height fixed. logos choose fixed size in of breakpoint views, or give minimum size keep visible in low browser resolutions.

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
