Printing collapses white area

when displayed pdf withing browser or reader, shows correct "as is" - has correct locations of displayed text chunks. header in head of paper , footer @ bottom of page. text in main area placed while saving. problem occurs, when comes actualy print document. large white area between text chunks becomes collapsed , footer somewhere else supposed be. especialy when printing bussiness documents, there areas supposed signed, becomes annoying there no space sign. strange behavious is, when comes collapse, collapses each page separately, means there same number of pages each same content displayed, if supposed save paper, doesn't work.

is supposed correct thing happen? happen every printer? using hp laserjet 100 color mfp m175a, running adobe acrobat reader latest version on windows 7 home premium 32bit service pack 1...
