Adobe Illustrator CS6 can`t start

hi there,

i use package indesign cs6 module illustrator. other modules works, illustrator doesn`t work.

if start programm, programm load , freeze @ moment of loading font agency fb.

i use w7 professional sp1 updates.

reinstall of modul illustrator failed same issue.

have anywere idea?!

hi bernhard,

please check these things :

1. make sure have verdana , tahoma fonts installed , working. if yes,

2. close ai.

3. navigate c:\users\your username\appdata (hidden folder)\roaming\adobe\ rename or delete "adobe illustrator cs6 settings" folder.

4. re launch ai , check.
