Adobe now ignoring my support request to fix broken CC Libraries


eight days ago, on online chat adobe support technicians 2 hours, being transferred agent agent tried fix our broken cc libraries.  screen shared 2 or 3 times different agents , spent of afternoon on this.  on team of 4 , 2 of have noticed our cc libraries won't let add items library of adobe cc apps (indesign, illustrator, photoshop, etc.).  buttons along bottom of cc libraries panels grayed out , inactive.  can create new libraries, can't add them.  can drag items existing libraries our documents, adding items seems issue.  starting wonder if problem somehow related our adobe ids.  updated case again adobe on 24 hours ago, , no response back.  feel ignoring our problem.  if need release update fix issue or don't know how resolve yet, status update appreciated.  concerned going swept under rug , fix issue important our workflow.  if else has had similar issue in april 2016, please comment.  wondering if cropped around april 12, 2016 creative cloud app update.  thank you.
