Adobe freezes on loading the library

adobe freezes on loading library.   hours.  have tried uninstalling , reinstalling no luck.  have uninstalled , tried previous versions.  is, adobe program not progress past loading library , have not been able find solution problem.  time being have switch kindle , other programs can continue job , studies.  delay on accessing ascm's adobe can open detrimental progress.  there solution issue?

closed digital edition.
rename digital edition folder under digital edition.old.
then start software new.

go file > add library , choose file.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
