Adobe Acrobat DC will not sign documents sent from docusign in a pdf. appears to be trust or certificate issue but can not resolve.

will not sign pdf documents sent docusign;  can sign other documents sent pdf.

would request please recreate or flatten document in acrobat check whether able sign or not .

as happening due compatibility issues third party application (docusign) of acrobat .

would request please share of such document can check @ our end .
