a simple text processor (like notepad) industry standard, other applications, including dreamweaver, add modules facilitate faster processing. in dreamweaver these modules html, css, js , php. other processors may include likes of asp.net or coldfusion. next text processing, dreamweaver has module handles ftp. developers may use number of processors brackets alongside dreamweaver.

as far know, dreamweaver integrated development program used teach subject.

bootstrap 1 of many front-end development frameworks , should not included in deciding processor use. fact included in dreamweaver not mean has used, merely convenient use when using dreamweaver.
