Bootstrap, existing templates and Dreamweaver

i new bootstrap , wondered several questions.

 

first off, have bought responsive websites bootstrap templates / themes (one being multipurpose html5 template built on bootstrap 3 framework). read, it's best create custom css make modifications of existing template. best practice in dreamweaver, copy , paste main bootstrap css custom css file , make changes via css panel on right?

 

second, how incorporate bootstraptor blocks template using (bootstrap templates starter kit: twitter bootstrap templates free , premium bootstrap starter kit bootstrap v. 3.0), within dreamweaver cs3. have use accompanying assets 1 bootstrap block?

there no real instructions on usage!

  1. it best not touch original bootstrap css file. instead, if want make change, in own style sheet gets loaded after bootstrap css file. know, last style rule selected element overrule previous style rule.
  2. i have not used bootstraptor blocks. give idea of block looks like?

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
