Film plays in sync on video players ~ Film plays out of sync in Premiere

i have 5 60 min hdv films recording on canon hv40.

 

using windows 7 pro 64 bit, adobe cs6 premiere pro , did capture in usual fashion on these 5 films.

 

after capture began usual edits found film 3 audio out of sync guest speaker's vocal.

i took films computer (one hp z230 , hp z800) , films played perfect except film 3.

 

film 3 plays in wmp , vimeo.

 

i elected upload/capture – renamed film 3 , again encountered same issue.

 

all films in lecture series shot same day, same camera. film in/film out film in/film out – nothing unusual.

properties , films in series identical.

today uploaded forth time on computer film 3. film plays in sync on video player in premiere material out of sync.
