can't instal creative cloud

ciao tutti ho un macbook pro retina 15'' con os el capitan 10.11.5

ieri tutto funzionava alla perfezione, oggi quando sono andata ad aprire illustrator mi dava "errore, impossibile aprire l'applicazione" quindi seguendo vari consigli trovati qua sul forum ho provato spengere e riaccendere il computer, aggiornare l'os e infine, siccome non avevo risolto niente, disinstallare tutti programmi adobe, usare "adobe cleaner tool" e successivamente tramite "easy find" cancellare tutte le tracce lasciate dai programmi.

fatto questo ho scaricato il "creative cloud installer" ma il problema è che io lo apro, mi chiede la password di sistema per installarlo e poi non succede più niente! non mi installa niente!

 

come posso fare? ho urgente bisogno di utilizzare programmi

yesterday working perfectly, today when went open illustrator gave me "error, can not open application" , following advice found here on forum tried turn off , turn on computer, update os , finally, had solved nothing, uninstall adobe programs, use "adobe cleaner tool" , later app "easy find" deleted traces left programs.

after downloaded "creative cloud installer" problem when try open it, ask me system password install , nothing happens! not install anything!

 

how can do? urgently need use these programs university

the system password password mac system... requiring approval allow software installed.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
