Adobe Prelude (And Premiere) Crashes (PC)

hi there

 

i'm running pc windows 10 following specs:

 

amd a8-7650k radeon r7, 10 compute cores 4c + 6g 4.19ghz
8.00 gb (6.96 gb usable)
64-bit
ge-force gtx 750ti (2gb)
1x hdd 7200 rpm 1tb (archive)
1x 480gb ssd (edit)
1x 240gb ssd (boot)

 

i have been using adobe long time , big fan of products , features. have been experiencing major reliability issues. earlier in year premiere crashed first time during , edit session client. weren't paying attention restarted , moved on, assuming 1 off. issue has continued occur whilst editing myself. happens infrequently , doesn't seem affected system resources usage or how media in project.

 

i began use adobe prelude yesterday ingesting footage have started working on more high profile production requires proper logging. unreliable me , crashes randomly, seems when in ingest , opening file explorer. haven't been able locate crash logs on system, happy post them if can tell me are.

 

any thoughts welcome.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
