Create columns for a paragraph only

hello,

 

is possible create columns within text frame part of text within frame? example, can turn paragraph 2 columns whereas remainder of text in frame 1 column?

 

or way achieve insert , anchor text frame within original frame?

hi go span columns option, in paragraph styles, apply paragraph want.
