Is there focus stacking in PSE 14?

can advise if pse 14 has dedicated focus stacking function.  in pse 12 need use photomerge , use use pencil function copy various parts of photo final merged version.  forum sites claim need purchase third party plug-in, cannot find such thing.

you need additional plugin, instance elements+ add-on ()
