Freezing but doesn't "crash"

hi, can answers on here.

 

i have been using illustrator no issues years has started freezing. illustrator doesn't crash in sense doesn't close unexpectedly right away rather freezes, close after windows "checks problem." can click on different tools @ first wont change them, can not longer select tools can still change fonts? cannot manipulate on artboard through entire thing.

 

this issue doesn't occur after opening illustrator. days can 30 seconds of use , other days solid 15 minutes. have tried find if specific tool causing issue doesn't way. confusing me issue shows everytime use program not consistent when occurs while using program. information great!

 

side note, did update graphics driver recently... tried go older driver in case problem doesn't seem help.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
