Cannot get image purchased on Friday 5/20/2016

purchased image on friday.  sunday afternoon , still cannot image. there blue button says 1 image available.  button nothing when click on it.

i have cleared cookies , cache , history, have signed in , out, several times, have turned off pop blocker, tried using different browser, there nothing on license page, not know else do.

running windows 10.

have receipt showing order confirmation , order number. 

please can assistance,  need image, if not able it, please refund account can go somewhere else purchase.

this first attempt using adobe stock , choose site thinking stock image need easy download , use pscc , lrcc account.  disappointed right now.  chat states available 24/7, says closed?????

help!  please!

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
