Start composition when hitting a marker

hey guys!

 

so i've tried searching , searching can't find answers. here's i'm trying achieve:

1. i've got comp lower third animating in , out (text , image).

2. create 2 markers on comp. marker1 starts in animation of lower third, , marker2 starts out animation.

 

so when move markers, lower third starts in/out when hitting markers. yes, move comp layer, no challenge. i'm trying learn :-)

 

anyone got ideas on how done?

this can done enabling time-remapping , applying elaborate expression. calculate time based on original comp in- , out-points in relation marker time. "safe" need lot of bells , whistles, though, more when having in , out animation on same layer. should started:

be warned, though, time-remapping in relation expressions performance hog due how efvaluation , lookup of calculated time works retrieve correct rendered frame.
