How to extend an object to the entire HEIGHT of the browser?

i've rectangle on left of website page, want extend height of browser, if fix on left or on upper left not appear full extension of browser. how can it?

again, not sure if fixing height based on browser idea because going change based on resolution.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
