How can I make premiere pro faster?

i working in premiere pro cc 2015 , i've been editing requires me have every frame present, however, every time try preview video, slows down , plays @ 0.1 fps. how can improve preview speed?

-do not count on windows date when comes device drivers

-with have updated latest mac or windows operating systems?

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
