Help Understanding Double Billing for Same Product on the Same Account


recently realized being double charged on creative cloud account same exact products billed same exact credit card. additionally should had 2 accounts open still somehow. because lost access email associated account , not login. when spoke adobe @ time advised create new account new email, did. being said, each month year charged $31.79 , new account well. (i admit i'm not real verifying monthly on-line automatic subscriptions assumed adobe, being highly established , popular business, right). called , first representative spoke today understood problem , transferred me refund, once transferred representative not not understanding rude , gave me refund 6 months. of today canceled account haven't used , being billed twice month refunded me 6 months of more 12 months of double billings. representative tried tell me doing me favor because wasn't being charged normal termination fee. became confused , did @ point said additional assistance here in forums...

 

1. i'm trying understand why in world charge me cancellation fee when not canceling account, making change, done according how instructed me , of course not recognize now?

 

2. how can charged on same exact account same exact product activation of said product on 1 single computer , no other users (not mention barely used product)?

 

any or guidance appreciated!

the adobe id here in forum has cc purchased in march 2016 no case registered.

 

i understand cc subscription, please message me in private case number or order number billed in duplicate.
