Audio there - silent- and no wave form

this strange.  have entire project of 10 video/audio clips.  of audio works except final 2 clips. 

1) on same computer elements, played video vlc , audio there - sounds great!

2) have tried video on laptop, , audio there - sound great!

3) when import elements, put in timeline, there no wave form, silent, no audio @ all. 

4) tried rendering clip , there no audio when rendered.

 

any ideas how fix this?

can share audio codec information? also, audio coming when importing other files pre? great if share snapshot of details mediainfo file.

 

which version of pre installed on machine , machine details?

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
