A valid serial number not recognized

i installed mastercollection cs4 on second pc , got message "the serial number entered not valid", i'ts valid.

 

i know there no longer technical support on cs4, anyway since paid license license must work , if authorization done online, service should granted anyway.

 

how can make license work?
