Attach to Email Failure


i use mozilla thunderbird email client on pc windows 10. had windows live email.   have acrobat reader dc version 15.010.20060.43353.  problem until friday april 22, 2016, have been able use attach email button seamlessly whichever email program had set default.  now, no matter 1 set, error message "adobe acrobat dc unable connect email program."  read article long urls causing these issues, not sure if problem since has cropped last few days.

please follow thread reset preferences acrobat software :- how reset preference settings in acrobat.

please check able send documents using email service on internet browser or not.

also happening documents or documents.

please check different email services if have in case if outlook  default .

please check under acrobat > edit >preferences > under email accounts> account should appear under default.

also refer thread :- adobe reader 'attach email' not working
