Sticky note appearing as icon only. Text not viewable

i have acrobat dc 2015.016.20041 , comments have become not selectable , don't display text. if insert new sticky note shows details old ones not viewable.

top sticky note new 1 others don't show. image 1 below.

 

a friend opened document in program (not adobe) , can see comments. image 2 below.

try download latest update acrobat dc here -  acrobat | release notes | acrobat dc, acrobat reader dc | update .

after downloading update, kindly restart computer , open document in acrobat .
