no subscription detected

hi,

recently, did backup of imac. after, changed subscription creative cloud membership (one-year). downloaded creative cloud , after effect.

my problem when start after effect. can run apps try version. when try activate software license, no subscription detected.

when tried resolve de problem, disabled 2 devices and, now, have no devices active.

does cloud subscription or serial number show on account page?

if not, need contact adobe support
