Import from Aperture to Lightroom using vault

i mad clean install on mbp , discovered aperture no longer supported, had aperture library backed in external drive in vault did not worry, installed yosemite, bought lightroom , import aperture's vault using import plugin tool.

but, cannot pick aperture's vault directory import library, when select vault folder (one locker @ bottom left of folder icon), opens , asks again select file, shows inside of vault (8 folders: aperture.aplib, attatchments, database, ilifeshared, masks, masters, previews, thumbnails).

can me out?

thanks in advance!

the plug-in chooses default location after click first select button.

/users/[your user name]/pictures/aperture library.aplibrary

you click second select button choose lightroom should store duplicates e.g.

users/[your user name]/pictures/masters

this works people have aperture managed library. if have referenced library possible choose option leave masters in present location.

i’m guessing may need restore first backup vault aperture application.
