Adobe Connect poor support


my company experienced major issues our adobeconnect site yesterday. we did have adobe support ticket (#inc1029993) created adobe support did not call status of repair.  able login admin adobe connect all
instructors , students trying login & join class, using class links, not able join.  reported critical ticket a
promise adobe support escalated , kept informed of progress. there has still been no response status or root cause of issue. working today, yesterday’s classes saved quick thinking of instructors use trial of adobe competitor. have lost significant revenue our classes due adobe support’s
incompetence , lack of response our issue. have had service 10 years , have not had issues until recently. seems lately adobe connect site has issues more , causing company @ other products. there no way see report dissatisfaction adobe, decided post here in hopes @ adobe see , know there issue support response.
