3D Camera Track Tracking Wrong Object

camera track working!

 

however have problem hope can with.  i'm trying parent video null object doesn't work instead video tracks person moving in shot bizarre reason, when parent set 'none'.   works absolutely fine when create solid or text.  feel there must simple fix i'm missing.

not shots camera track. can delete tracking markers attach person in shot , resolve. other times need roto person out of scene , pre-compose. technique depends entirely on shot. camera tracking relies on fixed geometry moving in shot , covers or adds confusing data fouls up.

 

if post shot might able suggest technique work.
