How to disable gap filling

i going stop using premiere elements if can't fix this.  disaster.

i have 2 hour video of play.  i've been working on couple months now.  10 tracks, few different cameras , audio.  able render parts put without problem.  i'm done, i've been trying 3 weeks render.  completes, otherwise fails @ different percentages 60 95.  couple of times completed had mistake -  because of gap filling i'm asking about.

i'm trying clean tracks , make sure there no gaps.  i've gotten down 5 pairs of tracks.  every time try shift things around, program tries create or remove "gap" messes rest of timeline.  insane.  there must way disable setting.  please tell me can tell stop closing , filling gaps!!?!?!?!?

it's matter of knowing how control timeline rippling, fs.

what doing causes program ripple closed gap?

and version of program using? newer versions of program ripple fill gap if it's on video 1 track. other tracks not fill gaps unless command program to.

as crash when try output video -- well, number of different issues including amount of available free, defragmented space on hard drive, operating system , configuration, version of program have , project settings are, model of camcorder you're using , format of video you're editing, you're trying output video as. take troubleshooting.

the simple first question -- able output if movie 10 minutes long instead of 2 hours long? it's wise test drive short trip rather jumping right in cross-country trip.
