Upgrade with our office from CS5.5 to CS6

hi all,

 

our office has adobe creative suite package 5.5 , upgrade cs6. thought must possible (it says in faq).

however, in adobe store, cannot find create suite package more. how can upgate?

 

did name perhaps change creative cloud, or different? , still buy package one-time purchase, or license?

you're way past time of getting upgrades. cs6 4 years old. it's sold @ full price via phone (see last paragraph in link):

 

creative cloud includes creative suite master collection , design premium features

 

it's not investment. cs6 doesn't work on newest versions of either windows or macintosh. never updated or upgraded.

 

it far better investment subscription adobe creative cloud applications.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
