Crashing like crazy

i have new lenovo p50 workstation laptop quad xeon processor, 32gb memory , nvidia k2000m video card. preferences in ae indicate card not supported.

 

i'm crashing crazy right , hoping there solution.

 

running current version of cc ae, windows 10, memory allocation 25.9 gb adobe apps.

 

just updated driver on card nvidia, no apparent change.

 

any suggestions?

when "current version" of ae, please more specific? mean, down build number. we've had lot of folks on here lately saying "current version" because cc app saying date, lying them. version should 13.7.1.x

 

could please more specific nature of crashing? doing when crashes? error messages when crash? using standard renderer or obsolete ray-traced renderer comp? have hardware accelerate panels turned on or off? , else think might pertinent.

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
