Bypassing Adobe Acrobat Sign In on first launch of the application

hi, 

i trying install licensed copy of adobe acrobat standard dc program , able successfully.  however, disable part ask user sign-in first activate program.  tried using customization tool , inputted serial number reason, fails create/generate/complete grant offline exception process.  in looking @ logs, says "failed validate serial number (which know valid).   assistance appreciated.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
