4k and PremiereProCC and SurfaceBook

i'm trying work on project 4k video on sufacebook (the version gpu). have premiereprocc 2015.2 version installed. video dji phantom3 (shot @ uhd 30fps compressed (h.264 guess although ppro says mpeg in properties). can't seem playback work (either in timeline playback window or source window). jerky (at best 1-2fps). i've tried various gpu settings, don't seem make difference, neither playback resolution setting. got same flow , have better luck this?

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
