Lightroom Mobile Sync "Buffer"?
hello, tell me if there limit number of photos uploaded lr mobile before have downloaded lr desktop?
reason question created collection on lr-m of 188 images, had uploaded ipad pro camera via wifi. 44 of images synced cloud , process stopped, meaasge showing "144 images pending". stayed same of day, until signed in lr-d on macbook pro. collection started download lightroom desktop and, hey-presto, after 50 images had downloaded, remainder of collection started upload ipad again.
i know syncing betweem lr-m , lr-d doesn't take adobe cloud storage, guess stands reason there storage limit syncing. after all, cloud being used "conduit" in case rather storage medium?
can clarify if indeed need signed in both apps (mobile , desktop) large, mobile-originated collection sync?
incidentally, discovered problem when tried access images in collection within adobe spark page (aka slate). collection wasn't visible in slate, although other previous collections were. i'm guessing because wasn't synced? if so, presents issue. if want originate large collection in field , start using create spark presentations, mean need have desktop version of lightroom running @ base in order collection sync before can access in spark? problem on multi-week trip.
i’m not aware of limits , it’s not necessary both devices signed in during sync. desktop sync can take place when home.
why not sign-in lr web space using link below see in cloud.
