Creative Cloud won't install

running mac yosemite. creative cloud not install, tried posts do, deleting opm.db file, oobe folder contents, restarting, getting rid of old adobe software, , have no idea else do. i've been sitting here hours trying fix this.

after follow below steps:

• please check if have browser security extensions installed, please disable them. ( eg: ad block, mcafee site/web adviser, internet security toolbar etc)
• also disable firewall of machine see, os x: application firewall - apple support
• disable firewall of internet security program installed on computer.
• go : apple icon > system preferences > security & privacy > general > " allow apps downloaded " change anywhere ( make these changes click on padlock in left bottom corner of window , enter computer password )

 

1- force quit below processes in same sequence mentioned below activity monitor: see, use activity monitor on mac - apple support

• creative cloud
• core sync & core sync helper
• cc library & ccx processes
• adobe desktop common
• adobe update daemon
• adobe ipc broker
• after says adobe on force quit it

2- go to: finder > applications > utilities > adobe installer > uninstall adobe creative cloud ( if having trouble uninstalling trash )

3- go to: finder > applications > utilities > ( delete these 2 folders - adobe creative cloud , adobe application manager )

4- run cleaner tool remove creative cloud , adobe application manager ( if still left in machine )

5- right click on finder icon and  select "go-to" folder option.

6- text box, type-in below command , hit 'return' key.( " not miss ~ symbol " )

~/library ( open user library folder. )

7- navigate application support>adobe> trash oobe folder and aam updater folder well

8- again > right click on finder icon and  select "go-to" folder option > text box, type-in below command , hit 'return' key.

/library ( open system library folder.)

9- navigate application support>adobe> trash oobe folder, adobe application manager , adobe desktop common

10- after rename file sl-store sl-store_old in same location

11- run adobe cleaner tool > if present select option "adobe application manager mac os x 10.6" , click on "clean selected" .use adobe creative cloud cleaner tool solve installation problems

12- click on link , download adobe creative cloud apps | free adobe creative cloud trial
