Window: "Adobe InDesign CC 2015 doesn't work anymore"

i using creative cloud , every prgram works fine, except indesign.

 

when try open indesign window says: "adobe indesign cc 2015 doesn't work anymore. there problem causes program not work anymore. program closed , there mentioned when solution available " button "close program".

 

i've tried reinstall indesign, didn't help.

 

photoshop , other programs cloud work fine, indesign won't run , don't know can problem.

 

do of know answer?

are working on windows computer? if yes, version of os?

please follow steps below narrow down issue :

1. launch event viewer (type "eventvwr" in windows menu search box or run box)

2. expand windows logs

3. select aplications

4. errors (in red), particularly application errors

5. check if faulty application indesign, if yes, check "faulty module". below screenshot help.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
