Video Demo Error Message: cannot generate the recorded video clip. the recording is not substantial enough to generate a video.

i video demo error message: " cannot generate recorded video clip. recording not substantial enough generate video"

 

i'm recording demos fine, , after while error message. way fix restart computer. why happening? it's throwing off work flow, , have re-record demos perfect because connect each other.

 

using captivate 9.

just idea, never did see error myself, nor (if memory correct) in forum.

 

the working version of demo stored in temp path, can check in preferences, recording, video demo. can check if there enough space in path?

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
