Error 16 - Enterprise


hello!

 

we have deployed adobe acrobat dc our company , most, if not all, users try view pdfs ie (using "open" option) receive 'error 16' error message. have exhausted efforts , hoping else out there has experienced , has solution. we've contacted support , have gotten nowhere.

 

full error -

 

please uninstall , reinstall product. if problem still occurrs, please contact adobe tech support help, , mention error code shown @ bottom of screen.

we have tried...

making user local admin on pc

granting full permissions adobe filed in programdata , program files.

uninstall, clean adobe cleaner, reinstall

fresh install on new machine (which work, breaks later)

monitor traffic on firewall , proxy blocks (there none)

 

please help!
