Delete bookmarks leftover from the MS Word file

hello,

i'm getting errors in accessibility report due bookmarks leftover ms word.  tag showing link.  how can remove these links?

acrobat pro's optimizer feature can configured remove links.

alternatively knowledgeable use of acrobat javascript may able develop script targets , removes specified links.

then, of course, there manual remediation.
