Can't Access Other Marquee Options (stuck on rectangle)

am missing something? right-click option not available... (see screen-shot)

 

 

as can see, there no break-out option other shape selections... :/

seems other tools hidden under edit toolbar option.

would suggest go edit menu> toolbar> choose restore defaults.
